Hare's Ear Root Enzyme

Enzyme is indeed very amazing and powerful. It does not show instant result but after few months of continuous taking enzymes you may realize that it can slim you down. My maid has the greatest result. Her weight from 60kg down to 49kg. In fact most of my previous maids put on weight after few months of service but this present maid been with me since last year has slimmed down instead. Nevertheless as for me, I notice my tummy has also slimmed down.

There are various types of enzymes and they may classified into 2 main groups; digestive enzyme and metabolic enzyme.

In this particular new post, there is one enzyme which I would like to share which tastes nice and special. In fact it benefits especially those children preparing for their examinations and also apply to those who always stay up late, improper diets and stressful work load.



INGREDIENTS:

Green Lemonds 500g
Hare's Ear Root 30g
Chrysanthemum 30g
Chinese Wolfberry 80g
Oligo 15 tbsp
Pure Poly Floral Honey 250g / a quarter bottle



METHODS:
  1. Rise, dry and slice green lemons. Ensure Hare's ear root, Chrysanthemum and Chinese wolfberry are kept dry. Cut Hare's ear root into small pieces.
  2. Divide ingredients into 3 portions. Stack ingredients in sequence; Hare's ear root, Chrysanthemum, Chinese wolfberry, green lemons, Oligo and Pure poly floral honey into the glass jar. Repeat the process with the remaining 2 portions.
  3. Seal tight with food wrap after the 3 portions of ingredients are completely stacked-in. Cover with a lid. Keep in dry cool place for 2 weeks before serving.
  4. Mix 30 ml with 10 times of water for serving.

Effects:

Hare's ear root has been known as a liver tonic. Combined with lemons and chrysanthemum, this remedy strengthens the immune system and improves liver function.

Tomato Enzyme


Hi, Tomato Enzyme is another one that is nice and the easiest to prepare. Here you go:


INGREDIENTS:

  • Tomato or Cherry Tomato 400g
  • Oligo 900 15 tbsp
  • Pure Poly Floral Honey 250g / a quarter bottle

METHODS:

  1. Rinse, dry and slice tomato.
  2. Divide ingredients into 3 portions. Stack ingredients in sequence; tomato, Oligo 900 and pure poly floral honey into the glass jar. Repeat the process with the remaining 2 portions.
  3. Seal tight with food wrap after the 3 portions of ingredients are completely stacked-in. Cover with a lid. Keep in dry cool place for 1 week before serving.
  4. Mix 30 ml with 10 times of water for serving. Enzyme residue may be added too.

EFFECT:

Tomato contains high level of Lycopene. Lycopene is reported to be very effective in fighting and preventing cancer, particularly prostate disorders. It also has been shown to reduce heart disease risk.

Mango Banana Enzyme


Hi everybody, it has been sometime since I last update my blog in Decemeber 2009. This time I would like to introduce you the Mango Banana Enzyme. If you, just like me, do not like green banana, you may try leaving it out. I have just harvested last week my mango enzyme without the banana. All of us including the kids like it a lot. It smells nice, tastes sweet and also very refreshing. If anyone ever try adding the green banana please let me know your comment. Kids below 3 years old are not advisable to drink enzyme. Those above 3, can drink only half dose, that is to say instead of the usual 30 ml of enzyme with 10 times of water, is only allowed 15 ml of enzyme with 10 times of water.


INGREDIENTS

Mango 500g
Green Banana 400g
Dried Fig 100g
Liquid Oligo 15 tbsp
Pure Poly Floral Honey 250g / 1/4 bottle


METHODS

  1. Rinse, dry removes skin and slice mango and banana. Dried figs need not be rinsed.
  2. Divide ingredients into 3 portions. Stack ingredients in sequence; dried figs, green bananas, mangoes, Oligo and Pure Poly Floral Honey into the glass jar. Repeat the process with theremaining 2 portions.
  3. Seal tight with food wrap after the 3 portions of ingredients are completely stacked in. Cover with a lid. Keep in a dry cool place for 2 weeks and enzyme is ready.
  4. Mix 30 ml of enzyme with 10 times of water for serving.

BENEFITS

During ancient time, the Chinese consume mango to treat seasickness, nausea and weak digestion. It is rich in carotenoids; powerful antioxidants that neutralize free radicals and help in lowering cholesterol. Green banana activates growth of stomach-lining cells that protect against stomach ulcers, whereas fig is beneficial for digestion and cancer prevention.


Extra Knowledge

People consuming diets rich in carotenoids from natural foods, such as fruits and vegetables, are healthier and have lower mortality from a number of chronic illnesses.

Roselle Enzyme Vinegar

Of all kinds, I love making Roselle Enzyme Vinegar the most. I believe not many people know the benefits of Roselle Fruit. Below is the box of Roselle Fruit looked like:

  • The petals can decrease blood density
  • Roselle juice helps in the digestion process
  • Prevents inflammation of the urinary tract and kidneys
  • Acts as toxic filter in the body
  • Helps those who lack vitamin C
Here you go if you are keen in making too.

Ingredients:

Fresh Roselle Fruit 200 g
Lemon 200 g
Chinese Wolfberry (non preservative) 50 g
Hawthorn 30 g
Organic Brown Rice Vinegar 520 ml
Liquid Oligo 900 15 tbsp
Pure Poly Floral Honey 250 g

Method:
  1. Rinse, dry and slice roselle and lemon. Chinese wolfberry and hawthorn need not be rinsed.

  2. Divide ingredients into 3 portions. Stack ingredients into sequence: hawthorn, chinese wolfberry, roselle, lemon, oligo 900 and pure poly floral honey into the glass jar. Repeat the process with the remaining 2 portions.

  3. Pour in the organic brown rice vinegar after the 3 portions of ingredients are completely stack in. Seal tight with food wrap before covering with a lid. Keep in dry cool place for 2 weeks before serving. Better result if keep for 2 to 3 months.

  4. Mix 30 ml with 10 times of water for serving. Enzyme residue may be added too.

Effect:

Roselle contains susbstantial quantities of excellent bioactive ingredients. It is a folk remedy for abscesses, cancer, cough, debility, dyspepsia, fever, hangover, hypertension and neurosis. This combination offers excellent effect on detox, regulate and tonify body.

Home Making Enzyme


SK Cleansing Enzyme is a home made enzyme with many usages:


  • as a household cleaning liquid
